Trivera Capital Invest Ltd brings investment-banking discipline to a sector where the asset sits in the ground and the buyer often sits on another continent. We work where mining, refining and capital meet, so a project can move from a proven deposit to refined metal sold under contract, with the financing in place to get there.
The firm is led by Richard Winter, who has spent more than 30 years originating, structuring and executing transactions across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and CEE. Today he raises capital for gold mining companies in the United States, Canada and Asia, and for Swiss and European gold refiners.

Registered for metals trading. Trivera is registered at Companies House for the wholesale of metals and metal ores (SIC 46720). Alongside our advisory work, we act in physical transactions in refined products.

Each mandate is led personally and executed with a small senior team. We draw on specialist geologists, lawyers and lenders for each transaction.
Mine & project financing
We raise development and working capital from banks, funds and family offices, including credit facilities secured against proven reserves on the balance sheet.
Structuring
We design holding, project and investment structures that match ownership, tax and lender requirements across jurisdictions.
Offtake agreements
We negotiate offtake contracts for refined products with refiners and buyers, covering pricing, payables, logistics and settlement, and use them to support financing.
Reserve validation & capitalisation
With specialist partners, we take mine owners from an unquantified deposit to a recognised reserve statement, then turn that reserve into bankable capital.
Metals trading
As a registered metals wholesaler, we support physical transactions in refined precious metals between producers, refiners and investors.

Leadership
Richard Winter has originated, structured and executed transactions worth more than €5 billion across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and CEE.
He began in M&A in London and went on to lead corporate finance teams in Frankfurt, Dubai and Vienna. He built Raiffeisen Bank International's Global Industrials M&A franchise and ran investment businesses in the Gulf. An engineering degree in fuel and energy gives him a technical grounding for due diligence on mining, energy and industrial assets. He is bilingual in English and German.
